Hiring/Career Opportunity—Psychotherapist

FWTherapy is an expanding psychotherapy and counseling center, providing psychotherapy and counseling services for 20 years. We have earned solid trust from our clients and in the community. Our clients mostly come from the Great Toronto Area and surroundings. And a portion of our clients are referred by colleagues around Canada and internationally.

We are looking for psychotherapists to join FWTherapy to provide assessment, psychotherapy, counseling around a host of different issues.

Employment Type: Contract

Successful candidates will have the following qualities:

• A Master's Degree in Psychology/Psychotherapy/MentalHealth or equivalent and registration with CRPO (Full or Qualifying)

• Proof of liability insurance

• Demonstrates time management skills and ability to workindependently

• Must possess excellent organizational, time managementand, critical thinking skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills both in-person andonline, include verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to interact with clients and theirfamilies in an empathetic manner

• Wanting to work as part of a team (attending groupmeetings and supervision)

• Fluent in English (verbal and writing); the secondlanguage of Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

• Excellent report writing (English) skills 

• Therapists of different theoretical approaches arewelcome to apply; psychodynamic training is an asset
