It’s snowing Coffee cooling down Sitting in front of the window Staring the road down down there Extending…… You, walking towards me In the snowing Winter jacket, boots，and gloves Hatless, stubbornly Snow Under your feet Above your hair and shoulders Your eyes…bright, smiling Narrowing with happiness White chill out of your mouth Spelling my name Heart, pounding Feet, leaping Screaming…out, almost One day You will walk up to me again From the road down down there As many times before As it supposed to be Will you? | 雪在下 咖啡凉了 坐在窗前 凝望着那条长长的路 无限地延伸着…… 你，走了过来 在雪花飞舞中 大衣、皮靴、手套 没有帽子，顽固地！ 雪 在脚下 在头发和肩膀上 你的眼睛，明亮、笑意盈盈 开心地眯成一条缝 白色的寒气从嘴里冒出 那是我的名字 心，在狂跳 脚，跳了起来 尖叫出来，几乎 有一天 你会再向我走来 从那条长长的路 像过去的无数次 像本来应该的那样 是吧？ |
During COVID-19 pandemic and the extended lockdown & long-term social isolation, I was preparing for tonight’s FWTherapy annually Christmas party, only this year it is a virtual one. I miss the real parties in the past. I used to prepare and wait for the guests to come with so much joy and longing.
I, sitting in front of my desk working on my computer, suddenly had this vision: a guest/every guest coming to the party in a white Christmas kind of day, walking through the snow armored with all the winter gears except hatless. Some words came to my mind……like a song.
This “poem” is my wish that the pandemic will become the “past” soon, and normal life will resume.
I miss you, my friends! Hope to see you, in person, at the next Christmas party.
